The BJ3259 water bowser combines an Auman EST right-hand-drive 6×4 chassis with a 20 m³ (20,000 L) Q235B steel tank. A PTO-driven pump is rated at 60 m³/h for intake and discharge.
The brochure lists front flushing, a rear sprinkler and a high-pressure water gun. Power comes from a 10.5-litre Cummins ISGe3-350 engine with a 12-speed manual transmission. The 55,000 kg design GVW is a manufacturer design rating, not payload or a local legal road limit.

The Q235B steel tank has a 5 mm shell, 5.5 mm heads, three 4 mm partitions and two 500 mm manholes.
